South Bay salon under criminal investigation, receives new complaints
The owner of Los Gatos' Elements shop is getting attention after I-Team's report of an Alzheimer's patient who was charged more than $7,000 for products she didn't want. The staff at 7 On Your Side also recognized his name from several complaints they received over the past few years.
