A's add LHP Scott Alexander, put LHP Ken Waldichuk on 60-day IL
The Oakland Athletics agreed to a one-year deal with left-hander Scott Alexander on Wednesday and placed fellow southpaw Ken Waldichuk on the 60-day injured list with a left elbow strain.
