San Jose State University is back in the spotlight over the controversy involving a transgender athlete. On Wednesday, the U.S. Department of Education said the school violated Title IX by allowing a transgender athlete to compete on its women's volleyball team from 2022 to 2024.
"Growing up in San Francisco, this was a huge part of my childhood and I remember going every year," the Olympic skiing gold medalist said in the video.
