Dr. Seuss releases first new book in 25 years

Tuesday, July 28, 2015
Dr. Seuss fans, we have good news today! A story from the man himself is soon to head your way! It's called ''What Pet Should I Get?''
The new book, the first released since his death, hit stores July 28.
It focuses on a brother and a sister, the same pair from ''One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.''
The characters are tasked with making a decision in a pet store, and they have trouble with it.
The orginal manuscript, such as the page pictured here, was discovered by Dr. Seuss' widow and former secretary.
Dr. Seuss, pictured in an undated publicity photo, left behind documents that his wife found after his death.
Geisel signs a book at his 80th birthday party in 1984.
Geisel reads ''Horton Hears a Who'' to a child in 1956.
