Meet Helix, a baby Tortoise on wheels

PHILADELPHIA -- Helix was born severely deformed, his back legs twisted 180-degrees.
Helix faced certain euthanasia until Randy Betz, a lifelong tortoise lover, learned of his story.
Betz has a side hustle called the Tort Stork. By day, he works as a medical salesman and spends a lot of time around disabled children.
With Helix, his two worlds merged and he decided to buy the little guy some wheels and give him a chance. Now Helix is living his best tortoise life.
