AccuWeather Forecast: Hot inland; possible coastal flooding

Takeaway of the Day
Hot, dry weather continues for the interior today with temperatures set to reach the 90s-100+ degrees in some areas. There are heat advisories in place once again for parts of the North, East and South Bay. Higher than normal tides could cause coastal flooding. There is a coastal flood advisory in place for the Bay Area coastline this evening.

A Look Ahead
Temperatures will continue to cool down throughout the weekend and into early next week. June gloom returns to the coast during the early morning hours next week as well. A beach hazard statement goes into effect tomorrow at the coast due to an increased risk of sneaker waves and rip currents.
