We enjoyed mostly sunny skies today, but winds became quite gusty in the afternoon hours, and it was noticeably cooler than yesterday. At 4:30 p.m., temperatures were in the lower 60s at the coast, near 70 around the bay shoreline, and mostly upper 70s inland. Winds will diminish later tonight but will remain vigorous enough to inhibit the development of a significant marine layer. Overnight lows will be mainly in the lower to mid-50s.

A Look Ahead
Tomorrow will be sunny, breezy and warmer, with highs in the upper 60s at the coast, upper 70s near the bay, and upper 80s to around 90 degrees inland. Tuesday will bring only minor cooling, but the remainder of the week will produce a gradual cooling trend, which will continue through next weekend.
