Takeaway of the Day
Our current wet weather system is winding down this afternoon. Over the last two days, this Level 1 storm produced rainfall totals from one to two inches for much of the Bay Area. But, as today's evening commute approaches, we can expect only widely scattered showers with just a few brief, isolated downpours. Tonight will bring mostly clear skies with low temperatures generally in the mid-to-upper 40s.

A Look Ahead
Tomorrow will be sunny and much milder, with high temperatures ranging from mid-60s at the coast to lower 70s near the bay shoreline and inland. This dry and milder pattern will continue into the weekend, but we can expect gradually increasing clouds Friday through Sunday, along with a minor cooldown.
