Suspect shot, killed after police pursuit

PITTSBURG, CA

The shooting happened after a high-speed pursuit, near the intersection of Marsh Avenue and Frontage Road in Pittsburg.

Police say 37-year-old Gary Costa was wanted for murdering his child's 26-year-old mother Tuesday in her Bay Point apartment.
