MARIN COUNTY, Calif. (KGO) -- Marin County officials have postponed the release of their findings in the death of comedian Robin Williams.

Williams took his own life in August at his home in Sausalito.

The Marin County Coroner had hoped to be able to release autopsy results on Tuesday, but according to a statement from the county counsel's office, they are still waiting for scientific testing and analysis to be completed.

They now hope to release the results by November 3.
