Missing woman with Alzheimer's located at Mountain Lake Park

SAN FRANCISCO -- San Francisco police say a woman with Alzheimer's disease who disappeared from a San Francisco library Thursday afternoon has been located.

Andrea Jeffrey, 69, was reported missing from the library at Scott and Geary streets around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

She was located earlier today at Mountain Lake Park near 12th Avenue and Funston Street earlier today, police said.
