Vice President Joe Biden visits Bay Area

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Vice President Joe Biden arrived in the Bay Area for a quick visit.

Tonight Biden will attend a private fundraiser in San Francisco.

At the same time, his wife will speak at De Anza College in Cupertino about the importance of community colleges.

On Friday, the Vice President will visit a PG&E center in Oakland to discuss job training.

Earlier on Thursday, the Vice President spoke in Washington D.C. about the tremendous political and military progress in Iraq and how the threat of ISIS has helped unite people there.
