Kmart layaway customers get bad news for Christmas

Frustrated Kmart shoppers who put gifts on a layaway plan are now being told their items are out of stock.

Adding to their frustration, many were told they had to pay in full by December 14 to ensure their layaway items would be delivered before Christmas.

Kmart is offering refunds, but in many cases those refunds won't arrive until after Christmas.
