NBA star captures moment a cop gives his boots to homeless man

When an Indianapolis police officer handed a homeless man on the side of the road a pair of boots, he had no way of knowing that an NBA star with 180,000+ Instagram followers was watching...and capturing the moment.

But Pacers center Roy Hibbert shared this photo with those followers on his Instagram. The post sparked words of appreciation for Hibbert for sharing and--of course--for the police officer, who many are saying serves as an example what good cops look like.

Hibbert's caption read, "Just seen an Indy police officer pull over. Go into his trunk n give a homeless guy a pair of shiny boots. #COPS"
