LAS VEGAS (KGO) -- Nevada lawmakers are in a special session discussing the economic impact of building a $2 billion stadium in an effort to move the Oakland Raiders to Las Vegas.

They're looking at increasing the hotel tax to generate $750 million to help build the stadium.
A decision is not expected Monday.

If the plan is approved NFL owners will then need to okay it.
Raiders owner Mark Davis says if both of those things happen he will move the team to Las Vegas.
