Highway 37 to reopen four hours ahead of schedule

Highway 37, between state Highway 29 in Vallejo and state Highway 121 near Sonoma Raceway is scheduled to reopen at 1 a.m. Monday, four hours ahead of schedule.

Highway 37 was originally supposed to reopen at about 5 a.m. on Monday.

The CHP is advising that until it reopens, motorists should use alternate routes such as taking Interstate Highway 580 across the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge.
