The entire Bay Area saw a soaking from a pair of storms that first arrived Friday morning. In the Santa Cruz Mountains, nearly 10 inches of rain fell, which prompted a Flash Flood Warning around the Loma Fire burn area for fears that there could be mudslides and debris flows.
