Mark Sanders, a 27-year-old man from Tracy, and Allen Brown, 28, are both being charged with Le's homicide.
"The charges are extensive, as you will see. And we may add additional charges as we obtain additional evidence," Price said.
A third man, 30-year-old Sebron Russell, is being charged with burglary.

Along with the current charges, Oakland Police Interim Chief Darren Allison also confirmed a history of illegal activity for Sanders.
"I can confirm that he has a prior arrest history which does include the killing of another and additional other violent crimes," Allison said.
Officer Le, 36, was shot last week while working undercover.
He was responding to an early morning burglary of a cannabis shop along Oakland's waterfront.

Price said she met with Le's family earlier Tuesday to explain how she plans to hold those responsible for his death to account.
"I assured them my office will do everything within the confines of our legal power to make sure the men - the man - we believe shot and killed Officer Le will serve the rest of his life in prison," she said.
Both Price and Allison, and well as Oakland Mayor Sheng Thao, stressed that they have been working tirelessly in collaboration with one another since Friday's shooting.
"And I know that every Oaklander, that we are all grieving in our different ways," said Thao.

These charges are only the first step in long process.
"At this time, we are not releasing the names or number of individuals involved in this case. It is crucial to maintain the integrity of this investigation especially as there are additional suspects we have yet to arrest," Allison said.
