Popsons is definitely my new go-to burger spot because, first off, everything is made small-batch, every day. After selling literally hundreds of burgers night after night at a pop-up in a local bar, they made the wise decision of creating a restaurant around the incredible burger. With hand-cut fries, hand-dipped milkshakes, and even a cold beer or a glass of wine, Popsons is absolutely THE new hot spot for a delicious and quick bite in the Mid-Market neighborhood."
