Newsom and his fiancee, Jennifer Siebel, plan to tie the knot at the bride's family ranch in Montana on July 26th.
Siebel attended Newsom's swearing-in ceremony in January.
Some 250 people are on the wedding guest list.
It will be Siebel's first marriage and the second for Newsom.
