Fitness craze for folks over 50

It is the latest fitness craze. People in their 60s and 70s swear by it and they're flocking to the gym to try it. It's called "Nia," and it's a blend of dance and martial arts. Leigh Glaser visited the Walnut Creek Sports & Fitness Club to learn more about it.
