Brett Zagorac was out on bond at the time on a charge of molesting a 5-year-old boy from Portage, Indiana.
In the new case, a 7-year-old girl in Evanston told her mother that Zagorac repeatedly rubbed her back during a tutoring session.
Zagorac is now being held without bond.
