As part of the plea deal, Postmus agreed to cooperate in an ongoing investigation and testify in future proceedings.
If that's fulfilled, Postmus will be sentenced on three felony charges, including conspiracy to accept a bribe and misappropriation of public funds.
Postmus could face a maximum five years in prison for the charges.
