Leonard Padilla says in 2008, attorney Jose Baez accepted Padilla's offer to fly to Florida to search for Caylee Anthony. He says he spent $200,000 hiring private investigators and security to look for the girl.
Padilla claims he was defrauded into believing Caylee was missing and he plans to file his civil lawsuit within two weeks.
So far, theres has been no response from Anthony's attorney.
