The owners say they specialize in what they call "extreme" grilled cheese sandwiches.
You can pick from 6 different cheeses, 7 breads, and 25 different items that you can add to your sandwich.
They also serve homemade soups and chili.
The owner also says everything is made using traditional family recipes.
