Two-alarm fire displaces three residents

PACIFICA, Calif.

No one was injured in the fire, which occurred shortly before 1 p.m. at 1014 Big Bend Dr., according to the North County Fire Authority.

The first of nine fire companies arrived at the scene to see smoke and flames coming the single-family home. Firefighters used hose lines to reach the property and put out the fire.

One resident had to be evacuated to safety before firefighters reached the scene. The three residents of the home found other living arrangements.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
