Britney Spears' 1st husband Jason Alexander arrested in Napa County

NAPA, Calif. (KGO) -- The first husband of pop icon Britney Spears was arrested in Napa County.

Forty-year-old Jason Alexander was booked Tuesday for an arrest warrant issued in 2016.

He's facing two felony charges, one for grand theft and one for buying or receiving stolen property.

Bail was set at $20,000.

Alexander is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday..

He was married to Spears for less than three days in 2004 before an annulment.

Alexander was transferred to Napa County after serving time in Southern California for crashing Spears' latest wedding in June.
