Carpool lane crackdown along I-880 in Hayward

HAYWARD, Calif. (KGO) -- California Highway Patrol officers were out in force in Hayward Thursday morning trying to catch commuters illegally using the carpool lane. SKY7 HD was over the crackdown on Highway 880. Numerous motorcycle cops were monitoring the carpool lanes.
