DENVER (KGO) -- A Denver-based tech CEO is giving employees $7,500 to go on vacation. That's on top of their standard 15 days paid vacation.
There are just three rules - no checking work emails, texts or calls, no working period, and employees actually have to go on vacation to get the money.
According to the San Francisco Chronicle, the company, called Full Contact, introduced "Paid Paid Vacation" in 2012 and things are going very well.
Employees say they feel happier and are more productive once they return to work.
