Fire burns homeless encampment along BART tracks in Oakland

OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- A fire has destroyed what appears to be a homeless encampment along BART tracks between E. 12th Street and 23rd Avenue in Oakland.

This happened south of Laney College, on the east side of Highway 880.

There are no details about any possible injuries.
