WASHINGTON (KGO) -- Hillary Rodham Clinton, Bernie Sanders and the other Democratic candidates have a new challenger.
Harvard Professor Larry Lessig has joined the race and he's focusing on campaign finance reform and expanding voter access. "We have to find a way to elevate the debate to focus on the changes that would actually get us a government that would work again, that is not captured by the tiniest fraction of the one percent who fund these campaigns," he said.
Lessig will need to register in national polls, reaching at least one percent so he can be included in the first Democratic primary debate next month.
