Alameda Unified votes unanimously to close Lum Elementary

ALAMEDA, Calif. (KGO) -- The Alameda Unified School District voted unanimously to shut down Lum Elementary after a soil analysis found that the ground beneath the school could liquefy in a big earthquake, causing a collapse.

The last day of school there will be June 8.
