ANTIOCH, Calif. (KGO) -- A 32-year-old man was fatally shot as he exited a shopping mall in Antioch.
The shooting was reported a short time before noon at the Somersville Towne Center on Somersville Road, according to Antioch police Sgt. Tom Fuhrmann.
The man was shopping with his brother. As they exited near the 24 Hour Fitness gym, a blue car drove by and fired multiple rounds, killing the man, said Antioch police Corporal William Dee.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officer Dee says several witnesses are being interviewed at the police station. He said two or three cars may have been involved.
