Ronald McDonald House at Stanford in final phase of renovation project

PALO ALTO, Calif. (KGO) -- The Ronald McDonald House at Stanford in Palo Alto is in the final phase of an expansion and renovation project.

Ronald McDonald House CEO Annette Eros and philanthropist Tad Taube attended a preview on Wednesday, where everyone got a tour of the house.

Taube made a $1.25 million matching grant towards the completion of the renovated Ronald McDonald House, but an additional $1.25 million still needs to be raised to fund the remainder of the work.

For every $1 that people donate Taube will donate $1, up to $1.25 million.
