OAKLEY, Calif. (KGO) -- Crews have stopped the forward progress of a 58-acre brush fire in unincorporated Oakley, officials say.

Sky7 flew above Oakley when a wind-driven wildfire destroyed two buildings. Wednesday afternoon's fire forced people to be evacuated from about 50 homes. Neighbors reacted quickly when they saw the flames approaching.
