Assemblyman Phil Ting gives insight into Governor Newsom's budget

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Governor Gavin Newsom unveiled his first budget on Thursday.

The new governor is spending more than previous Governor Jerry Brown-- about $8-billion more.
