Crews put out 2-acre fire in San Francisco's Hunter's Point neighborhood

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- A fire burned dangerously close to businesses in San Francisco's Hunters Point area Thursday afternoon.

SKY7 video shows workers from a nearby auto shop jumping into action, using a garden hose to try to put out the fire.

They even emptied out all the water bottles in a cooler, until firefighters got there.

The fire burned two acres, but is now under control.

San Francisco firefighters say they are investigating a report fireworks may have started the blaze.
