Takeaway of the Day
Low clouds and fog start the day with drizzle. Sunshine erodes the cloud deck this morning for a sunny but breezy to windy afternoon again.
Highs will remain below average, from near 60 at the coast to the 70s inland.
BEACH HAZARD STATEMENT until Wednesday for south and south west facing beaches along the pacific coast. Increased risk of sneaker waves and rip currents.
A Look Ahead
It's a big weekend with Pride celebrations and the parade! The winds will back off Sunday. That's when it turns sunnier and warmer just in time for the parade.
Sunday is the warmer day of the weekend by around ten degrees inland due to an offshore flow.
Cooler the first half of the week with morning low clouds, then a gradual warming trend later in the week toward the holiday.
