Here's what you need to know about San Francisco's special election on Feb. 15

SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) -- Early voting began on Tuesday for the upcoming Feb. 15 special election in San Francisco.

This election is when voters will decide whether or not to recall three San Francisco school board members: President Gabriela López, Vice President Faauuga Moliga and Commissioner Alison Collins.
