SAN JOSE, Calif. (KGO) -- The third and only remaining suspect allegedly connected to a murder on Lundy Avenue in San Jose is now in jail.
Officers announced Wednesday they arrested Duane Aguero last week.
Police say surveillance video shows Aguero and two other armed men terrorizing Christopher Wrenn last month before killing him.
Investigators have not revealed a motive for the killing.
Police shot and killed the two other suspects -- Matthew Castillo and Richard Jacquez -- in two separate incidents last month.
