New video of the deadly hit-and-run paints an awful picture. Prosecutors say the 30-year-old suspect was blocking the sidewalk, forcing the victim to walk into the street to get around him. Shortly after the two exchanged words and the victim sprayed something on the driver's car, the suspect accelerated, hitting the victim, running them over, and then left the scene.
