Following Thursday's attack at a Michigan synagogue, as well as the beating of two Jewish men in San Jose on Sunday, the Bay Area's Jewish community is on alert.
Rabbi Weinfeld and his congregation had only been in this building for three months and already put in extensive renovations. There is a GoFundMe page to help them rebuild:
