The family of a man killed while working at SFO back in January is now reportedly suing the city and county of San Francisco and his employer.
The man known as John, died after being brutally beaten by a thief with a baseball last week. Locals say John, along with his cat Nancy, was a staple in the Outer Richmond neighborhood who greeted everyone with a smile and a wave.
