76,000-acre Valley Fire now 95 percent contained

COBB, Calif. (KGO) -- Cal Fire reports that the 76,067-acre Valley Fire in southern Lake County is now 95 percent contained.

The sheriff's department says all traffic restrictions will be lifted Saturday at 5 p.m. in Cobb and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Much of Cobb was destroyed by the fire. It's the last area covered under a mandatory evacuation order.

Although the road blocks will be removed, not all utilities have been restored
