Driver of big rig fell asleep before crash on NB I-238: CHP
A jackknifed big rig with its axle ripped off is blocking lanes on the connector between Highway 238 and I-880 in the East Bay after CHP says the driver fell asleep and crashed into a sand barrel, but there were no injuries.
