Milpitas woman allegedly killed friend in intentional hit-and-run
What appeared to be a hit-and-run collision at a Milpitas apartment complex is now being investigated as a homicide after court documents revealed allegations that the driver intentionally struck and killed a woman with whom witnesses say she was friends.
