Heavy rain, strong winds, flooding in Hawaii after Hurricane Lowell nears islands
Hurricane Lowell is moving away from Hawaii Tuesday night, but not before battering parts of the Islands with damaging winds and torrential rain. Residents are now assessing the damage as crews begin clean-up efforts.
