Takeaway of the Day
A level 1 light storm will continue to bring isolated showers mainly in the North Bay today. An isolated thunderstorm is also possible. For those outside the North Bay, it will be a mix of sun and clouds.
Rainfall totals will be less than .25". A High Surf Advisory is in effect along the coast for dangerous surf and swimming conditions and a Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect through Monday. During times of high tide we could see minor flooding. Daytime highs will be in the upper 50s to the mid 60s.
The Winter Weather Advisory is still going in the Sierra through Friday night. Gusty winds and snow will make for hazardous conditions, so if you're traveling, carry chains.
