AccuWeather Forecast: Winds to continue to impact North Bay
ABC7 Eyewitness News Meteorologist Delaney White has your AccuWeather forecast.

Takeaway of the Day
Hazy conditions are developing in the North Bay today along with poor air quality. Elevated fire weather threats persist at higher elevations and will continue through this weekend. The highest peaks of the East Bay Hills and the Santa Cruz mountains will see moderate to poor overnight relative humidity recovery. An onshore breeze will continue through the afternoon. Northwest winds will continue to impact the Woodside wildfire site throughout the afternoon and evening but temperatures near the coast will fall into the 50s tonight.

A Look Ahead
Temperatures will continue to increase through the weekend with moderate heat risk in the interior through early next week. The elevated fire weather threat across the interior, North and East Bays will also continue through early next week. A beach hazard statement remains in effect until Saturday afternoon due to hazardous conditions and an increased risk of strong rip currents and sneaker waves.
