Bay Area chefs open new restaurant using Tesla stock boom
Chefs Stephane Saint Louis, originally of Haiti, and Steven Vargas, of Petaluma, ran pop-up restaurants when they first cashed out their Tesla stock in August. Now, their new, Table Culture Provisions, is one of the most exciting spots in Sonoma County.
